Feeling lost and stuck? Are you a nerdy college student wanting support around moving along with your life without giving up the things you really like doing? Are you stuck between the Hearing and Deaf worlds? Or stressed out with trying to figure out how to go to college when no one else in your family has ever been before? Grieving the death of a loved one or the end of a relationship? Maybe you are wishing for clarity around who you are? In a relationship with one or more partner(s) and trying to make it work or let it go? I’m here to help.

I’m a listener, carer, and gardener of personal growth.

I help people who want to understand themselves better and make positive changes in their lives but aren’t sure how to take the first step and are held back by all the unknowns.

I support people as they identify their thoughts, feelings, and desires so that they can find their own voice and use it boldly.

I know the power of story from growing up in the Deaf community. And I believe through my experience that everyone deserves to tell their story and be believed.

Through telling our stories, we find our own wisdom and the strength to be our true selves… and I believe that will change the world.

More About Me

I have several years of experience working with nerdy college and university students, grief and loss, and with Adult Children of Deaf Adults (CODA) and with interpreters. I’m fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). I’m also the first one in my family to go to college.

I am very polyamorous and kink - knowledgeable and LGBTQIQAP - affirming. People tell me that I’m a grounded and steady psychologist with a quiet and thoughtful manner. I have sense of humor too and I don’t shy away from sharing my honest thoughts with my clients, although I do so in a kind and sensitive manner.

My pronouns are she/her/hers.
