People keep telling you that you can’t be everything that you feel you are. You don’t fit into one community. You wonder if you can get support. That’s where I come in.

I help teens and adults reconnect to their bodies’ wisdom. I support youth, college students, and adults of all genders (or none at all) who wish they could be their full queer, transgender, ADHD, religious, liberal, activist, polyamorous, and/or kink selves but hold themselves back because they are scared they will be unloved, unemployed, and rejected by their loved ones and communities.

I encourage clients to find their way back to themselves so that amidst the stressors of their lives, like parenting, they can learn to be deeply happy being fully themselves. I know from my own path to wellness and years of working with LGBTQIQAP2+ clients that it is possible to survive the fear of others’ judgment, hurt, and disappointment to embrace your true self.

You can be all of you and love who you are.
